(hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) hereby informs you that your personal data or those referred or referable to you will be managed by the Company in full compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 and Legislative Decree 196/2003 and subsequent amendments and additions on the processing of data and in full compliance with confidentiality obligations.

Purpose of processing

The data which are processed by the Company are those you provide directly through the use of the services offered by the website, some of which may require you to register, or those that we obtain directly through the installation of cookies, as described in more detail below.

The processing of your personal data is carried out by means of the operations indicated in art. 4.2 of the Regulation, namely: collection, recording, organisation, storage, consultation, modification, selection, retrieval, alignment, use, combination, restriction, disclosure, erasure and destruction of data. The processing will be carried out automatically and/or manually, in compliance with the provisions of art. 32 of the Regulation on security measures, by specially appointed persons and in compliance with the provisions of art. 29 of the Regulation.

The management of electronic notifications and the processing of your personal data is carried out in compliance with TITOLO X – Chapter I of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and subsequent amendments and additions.

The Data Controller shall process personal data for the time necessary to fulfil the above-mentioned purposes and for the regular implementation of the existing activities.

In relation to the aforementioned purposes, the data you provide electronically by filling in the forms available on the website www.lbplast.com will be processed in both digital and printed form and will undergo special computer procedures in order to customize the services that the Company is able to offer you and will be processed by authorized persons and persons properly trained on privacy protection issues, with the use of security measures designed, among other things, to ensure the confidentiality and security of your personal data, preventing, for example, access to unauthorized persons.

The data will be processed in such a way as to guarantee their logical and physical security and confidentiality and the processing may be carried out by means of instruments for storing, transmitting and sharing the data.

 

Scope of disclosure and dissemination

The data may be made accessible, in the context of disclosure and dissemination carried out in compliance with legal and contractual obligations, to employees and collaborators of the Data Controller, in their capacity as Privacy Managers in charge of processing and/or System Administrators, to third parties or other entities carrying out outsourced activities on behalf of the Data Controller, in their capacity as Data Processors.

All personal data will be processed for the duration of the established contractual relationship and also subsequently for the fulfilment of all legal obligations as well as for future business purposes.

In compliance with art. 7 of the Regulation and art. 130 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and subsequent amendments and additions, the Company would be pleased to send you commercial information by fax or e-mail; your e-mail details provided by you in the context of our previous business relations will be used for sending you messages unless you explicitly refuse to receive them, which you can also notify to us by e-mail to privacy@lbplast.com.

The website www.lbplast.com contains hyperlinks that do not send information to other websites; the Company is not  responsible for any privacy violations carried out to your detriment by such websites.

 

Transfer of personal data

Pursuant to Articles 44 et seq. of the Regulation, in order to guarantee the regular management of the personal data subject to processing, the Company may, having obtained your express consent,  transfer your personal data both to Member States of the European Union and to third countries outside the European Union for the purposes and in the manner set out in this notice.
